SHIPPING POLICY FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS –

Madrasi Bride offers “FREE SHIPPING” for orders within India.

As in the case of orders from remote areas, the carriers may charge on a different basis. In such cases, the customers will be informed well in advance of the same.

For saree orders, the shipping will take anywhere between 5 – 7 working days and for jewelry orders, it will mostly take 7-14 working days as most of these designer pieces are custom made based on orders.

SHIPPING POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS –

Please send us a mail to contact@madrasibride.com and one of our customer service executives will be in touch with you shortly regarding international shipping charges!

For saree orders, the shipping will take anywhere between 7 – 10 working days and for jewelry orders, it will mostly take 10 – 20 working days as most of these designer pieces are custom made based on orders.

RETURN POLICY AND EXCHANGE

We at Madrasi Bride treasure your choices as much as you do. We have a very flexible and friendly exchange and return policy that helps you to be content with our products.

We have a 7 Day Exchange policy for all garments. Exchanges will be accepted only in the case of manufacturing defect or dispatch of incorrect item. The product should then be couriered back to us within 7 days of receipt of the same. Your garment must be in its original unused condition to be exchanged. The garment should also be sent back in the original packaging with the bills and tags intact.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

7-day exchange and return on all products.

To initiate your exchange or return, mail us your product details to conatct@madrasibride.com. We will acknowledge your return.

To avail the 7-day exchange or return policy, your item must be returned in its original unused condition to reach us within 7 days of receipt of your shipment

Note: Any applicable customs and duties for returned items will be borne by you.

Conditions under which return is infeasible

There are certain circumstances under which a return would not be accepted from our end. Following are the parameters that have to be met for validating a return.

  • The product must be unused.
  • It must not carry any stain, sweat or body odor on it.
  • It must not be torn or damaged.
  • The price tags, paper tags should be unaltered manner.
  • The packaging and folding should be intact.
  • The product must not be washed or dry cleaned.
